Welcome to my little corner of the internet!
I’m a South Korean international student currently living in the beautiful (and often rainy!) Washington state. If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be: Student, Health-Enthusiast, and Food-Lover.
What am I doing here? Right now, I’m on a journey to become a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor. I’m fascinated by how we can help our bodies heal naturally, and I spend a lot of my time diving deep into biology and chemistry labs. It’s tough, but I love every bit of it!
Beyond the Books When I’m not buried in science textbooks or writing essays, you can probably find me:
At the Gym: I’m a big fan of weight training. There’s nothing like a good squat or bench press session to clear my head!
In the Kitchen: I’m a self-proclaimed home cook. Since it’s hard to find “perfect” Korean food in town, I’ve mastered the art of making a mean Budae Jjigae (Army Base Stew) at home.
Exploring: Whether it’s camping with my hammock or practicing Kendo, I love staying active and trying new things.
Why follow my blog? I started this space to share my honest journey as a student in the U.S., my tips on staying healthy (both mentally and physically), and reviews of things I genuinely love. I want to keep things real, friendly, and helpful.
I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s learn, grow, and navigate this crazy life together!
